About the only thing "specific" oils do is prey on the ignorance of some

an attempt to extract a few extra bucks out of them. "OOh, look, lpg
specific oil. I run lpg, so I should get some. It's only 2 bucks dearer as
well".

Just like thousands of other people.
There were *plenty* of XF's as cabs that did close to a million kilometers
using lpg and K-mart oil.

There isn't.
LPG doesn't cause any problems at all. In fact, the opposite is true in
that
it's *better* for engines in terms of longevity compared to petrol.
