If the restpective departmental regional director(s) did not invent
pro-forma A4 pages for the drones to fill in (or hand to the punters to
do so) - the state wouldn't be able to communicate at any level,
'specially since very few drones seem to be able read, write or
comprehend - It must be what they think of "us" as well - that's what
pisses me off.
