No, they aren't. But diesel cars only make sense in Europe and NZ where 
diesel is heavily subsidised. In Aus, the cost of a diesel car and diesel 
fuel are both prohibitive which makes diesel car owner****p questionnable.

But you haven't answered my question: How is the driving experience 
different between a regular petrol Honda Civic to your hybrid 
petrol-electric Honda Civic?
