What you'll need to do (if you really need 98) is purchase 95 octane
and add in octane boost.  When the back of the bottle on those octane
boosts mention how many "points" they improve by, it's not the same
scale as RON.  Also, there's a dimini****ng return issue - whilst
putting some octane boost in 91 octane fuel might get it up to 94 or
so, putting that same stuff in 98 octane might only get it up to 99 or
100.

That said, my car pings it's head off under load if it's got 95 in it,
but is happy at 98.  If I'm stuck, as you are, I've found that the
Nulon Pro Strength Octane boost effectively sorts out the issue when
added to 95 premium unleaded - so I carry a bottle of the stuff when
I'm on country trips.

Zoom magazine did do tests against knocking in turbo cars a few years
back, and Nulon was 2nd in their tests of octane boost products.
Can't remember what came first - I've never seen the stuff for sale.
