I think you need to study up for your own safety.  CO2 extinguishers 
(and dry chemical) are good all-round general purpose extinguishers as 
they will be suitable for all fire types.  Think about it - what colour 
banded extinguisher would you use on your offive/factory/dwelling 
electricity switchboard fire OR that would you use on a petrol fire?

Hint: coke might just bite you in both cases.
