Being a tourist town, we get lots of people around here that don't know 
the roads. Its like indicators are no longer required for them (or so 
they think)

Seems using round-a-bouts here requires the ability to spot hire cars 
and out of state plates, and anticipate they'll follow the 'tourist 
drives'. Often they hesitate to even enter the round-a-bout, when they 
do have the right of way and all traffic has stopped for them

Some days will make a 5 minute trip into 30 minutes when there quite 
honestly is no good reason for it
