For me, the best sounding road car from the outside (as in standing on the

street listening to it go past) would be anything with a Windsor in it and
a 
decent exhaust (like an early Mustang for example) and the best from
inside 
the car would be a Detomaso Pantera.

Revving the tits off a Cleveland that's 12 inches behind your left ear is
a 
****ing amazing experience.

Worst sounding would be a toss up between an XF Falcon (where you can hear

the engine fan coming 3 minutes before you hear the rest of the car), or
any 
riced up heap of **** with a blow off valve set so low that it dumps open
at 
1500rpm.
