When dealing with steering wheel attendants, it only takes the
slightest thing to **** it all up.
I forget who posted it (or if it was even posted here or somewhere
else), but it was a video of a traffic experiment. They got 22 cars on
a circular track and told them all to just drive around at 30km/h. I
think it only took a minute or so before "brake waves" were causing
people to come to a complete stop due to congestion. Even though no-
one was instructed to brake.
