Even worse if it was a qualified mechanic ie: 'factory trained
technician'.
At least we agree on the *****d up bit (mebee). Maybe it was triple
dickhead service with the boss or foreman, mechanic and apprentice all
making up a story.. like.. What are we going to tell the customer? How
are we going to cover this one up? I know, lets tell him...
You know the rest.
I once asked a boss, when a fellow mechanic *****d up, why don't you tell
him the truth? IIRC All I got was a blank look :-)
