What's the legality of queuing up that stretches onto the road,
especially when the road is a clearway? The absolute worst example of
these monstrous queues can be seen on any tuesday at the Woollies/
Caltex in St.Ives, NSW. Funny thing is the median house price in this
area would be in the top 5 of NSW and the queue is full of BMW's/Mercs
etc, all to save (as you say) 2 bucks!
