Hmm.  Wonder how the floorpan compares to a lancer sedan...

The conversion to put an EVO rear floorpan into a lancer is pretty easy,
and once the rear floor is in, the entire EVO drivetrain just bolts in.

It's a shame that the jumbuck only arrived here in 2002.  Makes getting
a complying pollution engine painful.

OTOH, if Proton had a clue, they'd throw the AWD drivetrain in and
market it as the modern day brumby.
