I would expect that if it caused too much of a problem with traffic(as 
in one of the pics) the cops would soon be there telling the people to 
piss off and come back later

I watched a woman in a new V12 Merc out Beaudesert way sit and wait for 
10 minutes to get to the servo's only working ULP pump, when i asked 
that shouldn't her car be fed PULP, Her reply was it was 5cpl more so 
she used ULP instead

$200,000 car and she's worried about paying an extra couple of $$ for
petrol
