BBC news this morning:
China has overtaken the US as the world's largest emitter of pollution.
They
are, for example, building 2 new coal-fired power-stations a week. But in
the inimitable way only the Chinese can respond,..they neatly pointed out
that their per-head emissions are but a measly 3.5 tons,..a fraction of
western countries.
