Isn't it great, now those who had the brains to fill up when it was
cheapest will have that nice little cross-subsidy from the mugs who paid
top price removed.
I bet those that squeal about the peak price - and how "they have no
choice" - don't even think about just buying enough fuel to get them to a
day where it is cheaper, and then fill up at the lower price.
The "free market" can be very efficient at exploiting stupidity, it looks
like it will become a little less efficient in this area now.
