Yes under FuelWatch they all have to have their next day's pricing
submitted
by 2 pm the day before. I don't know if they only have to declare one
price
(for regular unleaded) or all the pricing for every grade of fuel sold at
the outlet.
I guess the only way to take advantage is submit the pricing as late as
possible before it actually hits 2 pm.

Have you noticed the other scam going around at the moment? Service
stations
have started advertising their *ethanol* blend fuel price as the regular
unleaded price on the price-boards visible from the street, with the '+
ethanol blah blah' bit added in tiny text underneath so if you blink, you
miss it and think it's the price for regular non-ethanol ULP.
I've also noticed that just about all Shell service stations in my part of
Sydney are out of stock of both 95 and 98 unleaded fuels now. Caltex
outlets
still have plenty of all types though.
