Hi,
First I'd check the clutch adjustment. Not sure wether it is cable or 
hydralic on a 121, would say it's cable though. Also check pedal height
and 
free play. Next I'd make sure gearbox is full of oil. Other than the odd 
hard ****ft, clutch and gearbox feel and work normally?  Griff
