Approx half of the customers that use the Ferny Hills exchange cannot get 
caller ID or ADSL.
Suburbs, including Keperra and  Kings Park get the "not available" 
response on applications.
Some suburbs have RIMS (and have had them for 16 plus years)

No planning dates for an exchange "upgrade" seem to be available.
(Seems like upgrading an exchange 15 KM from Bne CBD is not part of 
Telstra's plans)
