How long since the last offense?
What license do you have?
If you don't have any experience you will struggle to get work even with 
a clean driving record so IMO your record is irrelevant if you have no 
experience.
The best way to get into the industry is via an agency as a casual, they 
are always desperate for heavy vehicle drivers and if you are any good 
you won't have any trouble getting a full time job once you have some 
experience despite your previous driving history.
