Prepsol is the best, especially if the chips are fresh. Watch for surface 
rust.

If you talk to the paint supplier/spray painter, you will find he uses
many 
tricks of the trade and the good ones will have proper touch up brushes 
designed for this purpose. You might even be surprised at how little or
how 
much they will charge you to do the jobe properly themselves. The fact you

have asked in here indicates you are not very competent in doing the job 
properly.....no offence...but it is a very specialised field you are
toying 
in. Good luck as I know how frustrating it is to have a new car with
bloody 
stone chips appearing out of nowhere.
