Just following the USA as usual. House repo there is now a big
problem. Family owned reserve bank and Family owned GovCo I guess
does that, then the results of them follow on here.

I'm surprised I have not recently read a fuel theft post or
artical.

I think I sold property at just the right time last year. It's
interesting to see the rental market is "fill in the forms
properly otherwise we won't even look at it" as in some places
there can be a queue of 50 people at inspections.

The land tax of course is going to reduce the rental market as
it reduces the rental income.
