If it's got 30% less power, wouldn't you need to use about 43% more of the

stuff?

eg. If 100 litres of petrol will get you 1000km, 100litres of E85 would go

700km. To go 1000km on E85 would require 142.8 litres - nearly 43% more,
not 
30% more.
