The offense that he was jailed for is failing to stop when told to by 
the police, after he ran the speeding was almost irrelevant so such a 
sentence for failing to stop is warranted.
The drivers is clearly an idiot and his actions are far more serious 
than just speeding.
If he was just speeding I agree the penalty is overly harsh.
