Cute ... I don't know what it is ...

Neighbours in apartment building moved out, and
I discovered this:

In the garbage room when taking out the trash. Discovered
along with some very usefull cables. RCA, F59 and the like.

Dunno why the plug is cut off it, so poked the wires into the
socket.

It plays Japan tinky tink type music and the top opens to
insert a VHS for fast forward or rewind functions. That appears
broken.

I might fix it, however like it in a weird sort of way.
