Who makes ethanol from waste in Australia?

AFAIK they're all based on crop sourced from existing farmland (same
as in the US).  Either as direct input or as a byproduct of grain
processing (starch from wheat in the case of Manildra).

This one will use over 200,000 tonne of grain pa once it's
