Far better colour reproduction and colour depth on a CRT. LCDs (and all
flat panels for that matter) also have a fixed resolution, so that any
resolution other than the native resolution has to be scaled, resulting in
major image degradation. If you have an LCD computer monitor, try setting
the screen resolution to anything other than native to see what I mean.
Some high-end LCD technology has overcome the colour depth and viewing
angle
issues (such as S-IPS technology), though.
