I meant to say "towards the floor" when turning engine on. What the Val
used
to do was in a traffic jam, the brake pedal would feel OK, but braking
effect was much diminished. After spending countless hours replacing
everthing and getting no-where,..I replaced the PCV as the engine was
missing on the lung near the vac-****t. Brakes came good. Then **** me if
the
351 had the same problem!
