Try bleeding the whole system, always start at the furtherest point from 
the mc which is the lh rear then rh rear, lh front then rh front, it may 
also be necessary to first bleed the mc.
If there is no bleeder on the mc loosen one of the pipes slightly and 
pump until you get fluid coming out under pressure.
