No, you're not. You are making a claim that contradicts what someone
posted in a review of the Nokia N95.

From my perspective I have no idea as to whether you're correct in your
claims or assumptions. Same too, for the reviewer, now that there are
people who contradict what the guy wrote in his review of the phone.

Thing is, my wife is keen on this phone and may purchase one when her
current contract expires in August.

I'd like to get one a bit earlier and if you're correct in what you're
saying then I'd like to download street maps of London and Paris as she'll
be there in August.

But if she has to pay for the data to display the maps, then bugger that.
International roaming is expensive enough as it is without adding
****loads in data charges to the bill.
