It's not as easy by a long way removing the transaxle from a FWD car
compared to R&R the gearbox an in-line Holden/Ford/Val of years gone past.
So at current labour prices of $60(++) or so bucks/hour, plus the need for
2
workers for significant time during the whole thing you get about 9 hrs.
Sounds a little heavy,..but not that far out. The clutch kit at $350 is
also
relatively cheap, as they were that price 10 yrs ago.
