You can do it yourself, with a helper to push the brake-pedal to the floor
and release it. Start with back wheels-undo bleed nipple with a ring
spanner
(a tight-fitting one if you can) put air-tight plastic tube over nipple
after putting spanner on first. Keep bottle of new BF handy. Place tube in
1/2 glass of new BF. Undo nipple, ask helper to push pedal to floor. While
he has it to floor, you re-tighten nipple,..not too hard. Tell helper to
release pedal. Do this process until all air-bubbles have disappeared from
tube when helper is pu****ng pead to floor. Do other rear wheel, then
fronts.
When each wheel is finished, bump the nipple tight by just giving it a
medium thump on the spanner with your palm.
