Current ADRs are available to download as a PDF from the DoTARS (or
whatever
its called now) website links, they are legislated nowadays so are free.

The other thing that you need to consider is whether you need an im****t
approval from DoTARS to bring in a vehicle. You need IAs for trailers, I
would imagine you'd need one for a kit car if it was substantially
complete.
Do some digging and double check that you are allowed to im****t without an

IA. If an IA is required you can only im****t through the registered
automotive workshop scheme for a vehicle built after 1/1/1989 if its on
the
specialist and enthusiast list of vehicles.

Dont forget the 10% duty (on purchase) and 10% GST (on purchase + ****pping

costs) you need to pay, adds about 23% to the cost.

Go down every road to a government department that can be obstructive or
have an interest and get approval in writing - as well as insurance
companies who may decline to insure the vehicle if its not a full volume
im****t. Does Vic have insurance companies providing the compulsory third
party insurance - check that they will accept the vehicle.
