Well, not a ye-olde SBC, but an LS1 (or 2 or whatever)
There's an Australian distributor for those up in QLD. In fact, IIRC,
Dick Johnston had something to do with them - he definitely ran one in
Targa Tasmania for a couple of years. IIRC, for some reason (perhaps
Dickie's connection to Ford) they ran the new Ford quad-cam V8 rather
than the LS1 that was standard in England.
Lovely car, I love the styling on their "Can-am" spyder, myself.
