you cannot do one in a new commodore with IRS, Highway Patrol mate found 
that out the hard way one day, their training was to turn around quickly
for 
a pursuit, the handbrake could be used in tight situations, then they got 
the SS commies with IRS and the first time he tried the handbrake turn the

car flicked around fine but nothing happened when he hit the loud pedal as

the axel had broken. the Disk for the handbrake is inboard near the diff
