You have the trucking company? I'd suggest a well written 
letter to the managing director of the company, and request 
a response.
No response, send them another letter, this time CC'd to the 
Letters to the Editor of your local rag (and make a point of 
the fact in the letter to the trucking company).
Still no response, get in those masters of accurate 
investigative journalism, ACA or TT. Will have more weight 
if it is your missus who complains :-)
