If you don't mind inciting a bit of road rage two methods tend to work
well.

If there's oncoming traffic and they can't overtake, slow right down
and make them do the same.  If you really want to tell them what you
think about their driving you might even consider a dead stop,
otherwise you can simply give them the finger.

If it's a country road with a gravel shoulder run your rear wheel onto
the gravel and accelerate hard (assuming you have a proper car with
the drive wheels at the correct end).  :)

You might also consider building a rearward facing **** cannon!
