Here in Perth, any duel carriageway that's 80km/h or faster requires you
by 
law to stay in the left hand lane unless overtaking or turning right. 
Unfortunately, it doesn't stop inconsiderates with no reason to be there, 
sitting there doing 5ks under the limit. I do not tale gate, I generally 
stay in the left lane anyway due to the fact that if you go in the right 
here, you'll have someone up your arse in about 3 seconds flat flailing 
their arms around. Everyone is in a rush.

I always drive with the cruise control set at about 3km/h above the speed 
limit, in my car the speed control is rock solid, and isn't intimidated by

tailgaters. ;) eventually they just go around after slowing down, speeding

up, slowing down, speeding up, they get the message that im not changing 
speed. I spend 8 hours a day on the road and its just not worth getting 
pissed off over dickheads on the road, you'll just end up stressed when 
there are more im****tant things in life to worry about.
