Unless they happen to im****t stockfeed for human consumption it's
simply not an issue.

If they had a free market economy they'd already be paying the same as
developed countries for both their food and their energy sources but
of course they don't... and won't while they remain third world
countries.  Nor are they likely to have any surplus to ex****t, even if
they did have access to a free market.

As I've previously stated crops used for ethanol production (and
stockfeed) are considerably lower priced than crops used for human
consumption in the west.  That situation isn't likely to change, ever!
