Any you're a perfect motorist right who never drives over the posted speed
limit *anywhere*, always maintains the exact prescribed distance between a
vehicle in front at all times, always stops at a stop sign for 3 seconds
or
more before starting off again, etc.... I don't think any driver obeys the
road laws 100 percent all the time (except by not driving!).
