Your wanking has impaired your eyesight Phil.  I already responded to your 
post.  I do agree that any monetary compensation doesn't grow back lost 
limbs, replace destroyed skeletal elements or heal the mental and physical

scarring that follows a bad injury but it can help people to get on with 
their lives.  It would be good to preclude these motorists from
reoffending 
by a lifetime ban but I don't see any democracy wearing that these days.
Now, go and play in the traffic - there's a boy.
