That's a given. But a speedo on an indicated 60 doing an actual 66 is
PRETTY 
DODGY in any book.

So 10% allowance on age is ridiculous. How about 3 months allowance? One 
month allowance? Why can't a kid who is 17 years and 11 months NOT BE 
ALLOWED TO drink legally? What is so different between an 18yo and a 17y 
11mo person?

I'm talking intent here and not speedo accuracy. Many people have the 
attitude that doing 66 on a 60 zone is PERFECTLY OKAY.
