Bull****, Have a look at other countries. Only here are they such
total morons why ?
Addicted to fines, plus it plays on the mind that if a sign says 60
people "natural automatic persons first responce is to aim for 60"
So with speedo & camera error they can easily get a fine.
It's all about the money baby and thats it.

If they were so concerened about safety they would actually spend the
money on fixing our total **** dangerouse roads &
catching people who are actually doing everthing in their dam cars
except driving !

Our politicians are total losers and theftlink proves it.
Batchelor was / is a total Moron when it came to negotiating initially
for it and it ended up being a pay road.

Now they budget revenue from speeding fines before it opens.
They might be suprised as they may not be that many speeding morons in
the East compared to the West !
