Well it has to be unless you get the carbon out of the ground. Does the
crop
getting any carbon from the soil or all from the atmosphere? If it's from
the atmosphere then it is carbon neutal. Machinery burning diesel is a
moot
point as you can just run them on the bio-diesel you produce.
