Well if you buy a car made in Germany you're probably helping the Nazi
factions in German politics, so what's the difference? Thailand labour is
cheap and expendable. That's why less and less is made in Japan and over
time China will go the same way as labour costs go up.

Lots of things are made there - hard disk drives for IBM/Hitachi and
probably Seagate too have been made in Thailand for well over 10 years
now.

We sit back and watch innocent Australians drop dead all the time, and
condone the maltreatment of Australian aboriginals. And we all happily
sup****t the erosion of 'middle class' in Australia which is driving more
and
more people down into the low socio-economic grouping, yet nothing gets
done
to address that.
We can't criticise what happens in other countries until we get our act
together at home. The Yanks are learning that the hard way - do we want to
follow that path?
