Have you ever thought that cameras are notoriously unreliable? Western
Ring 
Road springs to mind. I wouldn't trust these cameras at all. In fact, it 
wouldn't surprise me that people are unfairly fined everyday when they are

in fact driving under the limit. Cameras are not accurate and the
tolerance 
level dictates that only revenue can be raised from such efforts by GovCo.

We still get pinched, even if we're not speeding. Great, eh?
