Gas converter adjustment

by "James" <dotatdot@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 11, 2008 at 09:06 AM

For any gas experts here....

Just bought a EF on gas and it runs like ****. It has an OMVL R90/E
converter and also (don't know whether this is standard, can't recall
seeing
it on any other gas installation) has a vaccuum line going to a solenoid
valve at the adjustment valve in the supply line to the ring. Idle is slow

and rough, but just off idle and upto about 2900rpm runs smoothly. Above
that it is obviously running very lean. Any thoughts, or suggestion would
be
most helpful.

Before you ask what it runs like on petrol it has at least one very
clogged
injector so runs on 5cyls, so kind of irrelevant.

Thanks
James
