It's apparently not uncommon for them to make a batch of masonry wheels,
and
if there's a sudden demand for metal cutting wheels they'll simply swap
the
label and supply the masonry ones with "metal cutting" on the label.
Try one of them on a bit of concrete and see how it goes :)
