Er, the only thing I admit to is a typo - I meant 'thinking' of course,
rather than 'knowing'. And there is absolutely nothing that you outdo me

the only difference is , your $70,000 is tied up in a pile of crap that's
depreciating, while my 70k is sitting in my bank account earning me
interest.
