The only two along the road into my town are exactly that
one(or multiple as he had lots of friends) was for excessive speed and 
only had a licence for a year
the other was for a couple, and the driver was pissed as a mute.

And these two crashes(within 6 months of each other) has now resulted in 
our road being subject to speed camera abuse
on the plus side there are only two places with a road shoulder that can 
be used and the cameras are visible a long way off

but there are some crosses out there from people who were doing nothing 
with regards to driving, and some drivers who just happened to be at a 
certain spot when someone else did something stupid
