Why wont my VL not start???

Here is the deal, Just the other week number two injector burst on my
rb30 equipped vl and caught fire. i was at home when it happened and
doused it pretty quick. so i'm a newly qualified mechanic so i
replaced the effected areas (one injector and a few feet of injector
wiring plus a set of plug leads). so everything is good to go, but it
wont start! i have fuel pressure and spark, i have also replaced the
computer and the air flow sensor. here is the kicker though, it ran
after the fire, if badly, but now it doesn't run. the only clue i have
is i arced out the bared injector wires while removing them because i
was a bit excited and left the ignition on. i also put an LED tester
on the new injector plugs and there is only the slightest glow just as
i start cranking. the other symptom is that if left for a period of
time it will fire for maybe two or three revs and then nothing. i can
crank and crank and it half fires just enough to keep the battery
going. if i pull the injector relay i can then idle the car on
aerostart. please help as i am at the end of my ability. thanks :)
