That's what I thought, just peering through the window of it locked up in
a 
dark garage there is a dozen visible LED's. Then there is all the
anti-theft 
sensors. Over time they are using current that is not renewed by the 
alternator. it will be an interesting experiment and I will definitely
troll 
back if mine is dead.
